Our cartons have a lower environmental impact than plastic, glass, or aluminum, as shown by our full life-cycle analysis of recyclability, manufacturing, transportation, and more. While the carton is made of Certified paper, it has a thin layer of both plastic and aluminum to ensure its water-resistance and shower-friendliness.

If you can recycle milk cartons where you live, you can recycle these cartons as well. If you're unsure about the recycling rules in your municipality, we recommend checking your local town or city website for clarity.

The formula has been specially designed to pour smoothly and maximize your use, which may result in it being slightly thinner than a normal shampoo-conditioner. However, due to the carton material, we do not recommend squeezing the packaging to release more product.
